Customer Support
Enterprise Data Center clients demand the highest standards of experienced, accessible and reliable customer support for all their mission critical deployments. The Network Operations Center (NOC) staff at Castle Access are committed to exceeding our clients expectations by offering a wide range of customer services.
Castle Access EDC staff of technicians and engineers are onsite 24/7 to support our customers. Every EDC has client stations where our customers can make phone calls, check email, print documents or surf the web. Each EDC has a fully stocked break room, where we never charge for refreshments and snacks.
Remote Hands
Customers may request Castle Access to perform “remote hands” service on Customer’s equipment within Castle Access EDCs. There is no charge for Castle Access’s remote hands service. Remote hands service involves Castle Access personnel physically touching the Customer’s equipment. Remote hands tasks are limited to simple tasks such as pressing a button, flipping a switch, or hooking up a monitor and reporting what is on the screen.
